- Controlled substance reports
North Carolina controlled substance report has been updated to ASAP version 4.2. - Inventory
Many internal changes to inventory have been made to address sporadic issues reported by various customers. - GUI screens
A number of screens in the prescription filling process have been converted to GUI in preparation for the new and refill prescription screens conversion to GUI in the near future. - Select refill
The patient’s date of birth has been added to the title bar on the select refill screen. - Drug order generation
An option in the master file has been added to default all order quantities to zero. This would allow you to only change the drugs you want to order instead of having to zero out all drugs you don’t want to order. - Auto-refills
A new program has been added in the main prescription menu under ‘Patient file’ that allows you to load auto-refills one day in advance. This may be useful if it is a slow day and you want to get ahead on auto-refills for the next day. - Patient residence
A new option has been added to the plan record. Each plan can be flagged so that the patient residence, field 384-4X, is mandatory. If the flag is turned on (checked) and the patient residence is zero, you will be prompted to enter it when filing a claim.
