In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, Surescripts corporate offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th, as well as Wednesday, January 1st.
On these days, Surescripts Production Support (Level 2) will be available on-call for Severity 1 issues only. Please note, a Severity 1 issue is defined as a network outage or Potential Patient Safety Issue (PPSI). All other requests from the 24th and 25th will be processed on Thursday, December 26th. All other requests from the 1st will be processed on Thursday, January 2nd.
Surescripts will have limited staff working in the office on December 23rd, 26th and 27th. As a result, our response to the 866-Rx-Ready line may be delayed. The best method for contacting Surescripts Level 1 and Level 2 Support on those days will be the Surescripts Self-Service Portal.
