In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, RelayHealth corporate offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th, as well as Wednesday, January 1st.
On these days, RelayHealth Network Operations will be available on-call for Severity 1 issues only. Please note, a Severity 1 issue is defined as a network outage or Potential Patient Safety Issue (PPSI). All other requests from the 24th and 25th will be processed on Thursday, December 26th. All other requests from the 1st will be processed on Thursday, January 2nd.
