RelayHealth Christmas and New Year’s Holidays

RelayHealth ePrescribing Partner:

In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, RelayHealth corporate offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24^th and Wednesday, December 25^th, as well as Wednesday, January 1^st.

On these days, RelayHealth Network Operations will be available on-call for Severity 1 issues only.  Please note, a Severity 1 issue is defined as a network outage or Potential Patient Safety Issue (PPSI).  All other requests from the 24^th and 25^th will be processed on Thursday, December 26^th.  All other requests from the 1^st will be processed on Thursday, January 2^nd.
